The 82 Alliance, a not-for-profit mobility think tank reimagining how people move throughout our communities, hosted the first installment of its 'Women Who Move Us' Webinar Series, an initiative of The 82 Alliance's Women in Transportation Committee.
Women Who Move Us is a dynamic leadership series featuring accomplished female executives from across the mobility and transportation industry.
In each one-hour session, we explore the pivotal moments, bold decisions, challenges, and defining experiences that shaped their journeys to leadership. Through candid conversation and live Q&A, these leaders share not just what they do but how they lead, what they’ve learned, and how they’ve navigated growth in a traditionally underrepresented field.
These conversations are designed to inspire, inform, and empower, offering real-world perspectives and meaningful connections for women at every stage of their careers.
This month's webinar featured Lora Byala, President and CEO, and Alanna McKeeman, Vice-President of People and Culture, both of Foursquare ITP. Founded by Lora, the firm celebrates 20 years in 2026. Moderated by Melissa Miklus, Vice-Chair of the Women in Transportation committee, the conversation focused on discovering paths of growth within the transportation industry, resilience, and taking input and advice from team members at all levels to ensure success. Stay tuned for more information about the next installment of 'Women Who Move Us' in September 2026!
